1- What is Byblos Bank Loyalty Program?
The Loyalty Program rewards cardholders for the use of their Byblos Bank cards by granting them points redeemable against free gasoline, free mobile minutes, free travel vouchers, exciting gifts and packages.
2- Who can enroll in this program?
All Byblos Bank charge and revolving (LBP, USD or Euro) cardholders are eligible to the Loyalty Program.
Enrollment is FREE of charge for both main and supplementary cardholders.
Enrollment of supplementary cardholders in the program will take place along with the main card.
3- How do I accumulate points?
For every dollar or equivalent in LBP or Euro you spend with your card, you are granted one point.
Points are awarded for retail transactions i.e. transactions at merchants, malls, supermarkets, gas stations, shops, restaurants, hotels…
Cash withdrawals do not allow you to collect points.
4- When do I start accumulating points?
You will start earning loyalty points from the moment you start using your card starting August 6th, 2007.
5- Do I have to pay any fee to be enrolled in Byblos Bank Loyalty Program?
Byblos Bank Loyalty Program is complimentary for all cardholders. This program is FREE of charge.
6- If I hold many Byblos Bank cards, are they automatically linked to the same Loyalty Program account?
Each card you hold has its own Loyalty Program account linked to it. However, you can transfer all your points to the same account in order to benefit faster from all the exciting gifts.
7- Do I have to use my cards at the participating merchants only to earn points?
No. You can use your cards everywhere at all points of sale around the world and earn points against the amount spent. For redemption, you can choose any item mentioned in the catalog which number of points matches the points you accumulated.
8- Does a supplementary cardholder on my card account share with me the same Loyalty Program account?
Yes, the supplementary cardholder shares the same Loyalty Program account you are entitled to.

9- What are the rewards I can get?
Byblos Bank Loyalty Program entitles you to many gifts including free gasoline, free mobile minutes, accessories, electronics, home appliances, sports equipment, travel tickets, travel packages, hotel stay, restaurants, free annual fees …and much more. Check your catalog for more details.
10- How do I keep track of my points?
You can keep track of your points through your statement of account sent to you each month. In addition, you can inquire about your points balance through e-statement or via your e-banking.
You can also contact our Customer Service at 01/ 20 50 50 who will be glad to inform you about your accumulated points, redemption options and history of redemption.
11- How do I redeem rewards from participating merchants?
Once your balance allows you to exchange your points for a certain gift, you can either choose to visit your nearest branch or call the Customer Service on 01/20 50 50 to fill out your redemption request and get your voucher.
12- Can I redeem my points if my account is overdue or has been cancelled?
No. You should be in good standing at the time of the point redemption to be eligible to the reward.
13- What is the expiry date of my accumulated points?
Loyalty points have an expiry period of 3 years effective from the date of accumulation.
14- What is the expiry date of my voucher?
Vouchers have an expiry period of 3 months effective from the date of issuance.
