Dear Card Holder,
Redeeming your points is as easy as 1,2,3. If you have already used your card(s) and would like to take advantage of Byblos Bank’s Cards Loyalty Program, but don’t know how many points you have accumulated or how to get your gift voucher, please follow the 3 instructions below:
- Know Your Points: To know how many points you have accumulated, you can consult your cards statement sent to you each month. Take out or check your e-banking account. You can also contact the Customer Service at + 961 1 20 50 50 and our representatives will give you your points status.
- Choose Your Gift: Once you know the number of points you have accumulated, you have to choose your gifts by consulting the Loyalty Program booklet available at all Byblos Bank’s branches or view the gifts online.
- Get Your Voucher: If you have chosen your gift, you can get your voucher by calling the Customer Service at + 961 1 20 50 50 or visit any Byblos Bank branch. Your request will be properly channeled and within days, one of our Cards Officers will call you to ask you to collect your voucher from the branch you deal with.
